App and Developer Identification
This page applies specifically to Kmic – Bluetooth Microphone, Android package co.heaplabs.kmic, published on Google Play by Heap Labs llc. Heap Labs llc is the Google Play developer name of Heap Labs LLC.
No User Accounts or Stored Audio
Kmic – Bluetooth Microphone does not require or provide a user account. Heap Labs llc does not store your microphone audio. Audio is processed in real time and is not uploaded to Heap Labs servers.
Delete Data Stored on Your Device
Kmic – Bluetooth Microphone stores preferences such as onboarding status, audio settings, and feature selections locally on your device. To delete them:
- Open your device’s Settings app.
- On Android, open Apps, select Kmic, then select Storage and choose Clear storage or Clear data. Menu names may vary by device.
- Alternatively, uninstall Kmic – Bluetooth Microphone. Uninstalling removes the app and its locally stored preferences.
Request Deletion of Other Data
To request deletion of data associated with Kmic – Bluetooth Microphone that Heap Labs llc controls, email privacy@heaplabs.com with the subject “Kmic Bluetooth Microphone data deletion request.” Tell us that the request is for Android package co.heaplabs.kmic and provide enough information for us to locate the relevant record. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or microphone recordings.
We will acknowledge your request and delete or de-identify data we can reasonably associate with you, including support correspondence and provider-linked purchase or analytics identifiers under our control, unless retention is required by law. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, or within the period required by applicable law.
What May Be Retained
Google Play, Apple, RevenueCat, or other service providers may retain transaction, fraud-prevention, tax, or legal records under their own policies. Aggregated or de-identified analytics that can no longer be associated with you may also be retained. We will tell you if part of a verified request cannot be completed and why.
