FlirtDeck (“the App”) is developed and operated by Heap Labs LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
FlirtDeck is designed to work entirely offline and does not require an account. We collect as little data as possible.
We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information directly. The following limited data may be processed:
FlirtDeck uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions across iOS and Android. When you make a purchase, RevenueCat receives purchase receipt data from Apple or Google to verify and unlock your content. RevenueCat assigns an anonymous customer ID to your device to track entitlements; this ID is not linked to your name or email address.
RevenueCat may collect device identifiers and purchase metadata as described in their own privacy policy. You can review it at revenuecat.com/privacy.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in this policy (RevenueCat, Apple, Google) or as required by law.
The App integrates with the following third-party services, each with their own privacy practices:
Purchase records held by RevenueCat are retained for as long as your app is installed or as required to process refunds and support requests. Anonymous crash logs are typically retained for 90 days by platform diagnostic services. All game data on your device is deleted when you uninstall the App.
FlirtDeck is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@heaplabs.com and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data associated with you. Because FlirtDeck collects minimal data and does not link it to your identity, most requests can be fulfilled by simply uninstalling the App. For purchase-related data held by RevenueCat, contact RevenueCat directly or email us and we will assist you.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
