These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FlirtDeck mobile application (“the App”) provided by Heap Labs LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 17 years old to use FlirtDeck. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. Certain content decks are intended for adults only (18+) and are labeled accordingly within the App.
FlirtDeck is free to download and includes a Starter Deck at no charge. Additional content is available through one-time purchases or the following auto-renewing subscription plans:
FlirtDeck Premium — Weekly
Billed weekly. Renews automatically each week until cancelled.
FlirtDeck Premium — Annual
Billed once per year. Renews automatically each year until cancelled.
Subscription pricing is displayed in the App before purchase and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions are managed and billed through your Apple ID (App Store) or Google account (Google Play) via RevenueCat. Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s account settings:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium content until that date. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
To restore a subscription or one-time purchase on a new device, open FlirtDeck, go to Settings, and tap “Restore Purchases”. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used at the time of purchase.
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be submitted directly to them:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
All content within FlirtDeck — including card prompts, graphics, design, and branding — is owned by Heap Labs LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heap Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
